Braid is a puzzle/platformer game with a twist. Unlike most titles, majority of the puzzles are solved via time manipulation. The game consists of six playable worlds, each jam packed with puzzles and challenges. Unlike your traditional platformer, you cannot lose the game (due to your time manipulation abilities). However, this game is still an extreme challenge and will eat up a large portion of your free time (if you plan to beat it %100). Despite having static content, this game has excellent replayability. The artwork and style of this game makes it a wonder to look at. Often I will find myself staring at different areas rather than playing.
At the time of writing, Braid is on sale for $4.99. When the sale ends, the game will most likely go back to its original $14.99 price tag. If you have a few dollars to spare, this game is definitely worth your time and money.
